Create a “Trip” group before you leave
Pick the group currency, add first names and send the invite link or QR code. Everyone joins in the app.

Add the big expenses right away
Tickets, car rental, accommodation: whoever paid enters them, optionally by importing the confirmation (text, photo or file).

On the trip, everyone adds what they pay
Amount or receipt photo (the AI reads the lines). An expense in a foreign currency is converted when saved, with a connection.
